Dedicated Mode dialog box

This dialog box appears when you click Dedicated Capture Mode on the Capture menu and start capturing data.

Total Frames Captured: The number of frames that Network Monitor captures.
Stop: Click to stop the capture and return to Network Monitor.
Stop and View: Click to stop the capture and to view the frames in the Network Monitor Frame Viewer window.
Pause (Continue): Click to stop (or resume) capturing frames temporarily.
Normal Mode: Click to turn off Dedicated Capture Mode and return to the Network Monitor Capture window.
Frame capture continues until you explicitly stop the capture process.
